As the debate surrounding UFOs and Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) intensifies on Capitol Hill, veteran documentarian James Fox, known for previous films such as "The Phenomenon", and "Moment of Contact", is now directing his latest feature, "The Program". The film explores the growing bipartisan effort in Congress to uncover what the U.S. government and intelligence agencies really know about the phenomenon.

The push for greater transparency gained momentum in July 2023 when David Grusch, Ryan Graves and David Fravor, testified under oath about their first-hand experiences with UFOs/UAP. In response, the U.S. Senate introduced the bipartisan UAP Disclosure Act, signaling a shift toward government openness on the issue.

The next UFO/UAP hearing chaired by Congresswoman Nancy Mace is scheduled for November 13, 2024.
